Selected experience
Understanding the operation. Helping deliver the change.
Our experience spans SCP engagements and earlier consulting roles across a range of supply chain environments. These examples outline the challenges addressed and the contribution made.
The work ranges from shaping business requirements and selecting systems to improving processes, coordinating integrations and supporting implementation. Across retail, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and logistics, the focus is on understanding how the operation works and helping teams put change into practice.
