About cookies and browser storage

Cookies store information in your browser and may send it back to a service. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage. These rules concern access to your device as well as personal information. Reviewed 18 October 2026.

What this website uses

Microsoft sign-in uses browser session storage for account and token information to support authorised access. Microsoft and the hosting provider may also use their own service and security cookies. Our own public pages do not load advertising, audience analytics or embedded social feeds. Ask SCP searches a local website content list in page memory. It does not send or persist searches or use an external chat service.

HubSpot account connection

Connecting SCP’s internal HubSpot account does not itself install visitor cookies. These website pages currently have no HubSpot tracking script, embedded HubSpot form, advertising pixel or audience analytics. Website form previews do not send information to HubSpot. Microsoft sign-in remains separate from the HubSpot account connection.

If HubSpot tracking, embedded forms or another optional technology is introduced, its actual purposes and storage behaviour must be assessed and explained, with prior consent where required. A connected CRM account is not consent to track visitors or synchronise their email.

Cloudflare hosting

Cloudflare delivers the website and its server-side services. Depending on the security features in use, it may process request and security information and set service or security cookies. We do not assume that every cookie listed in Cloudflare’s documentation is present on this site. See Cloudflare’s cookie information.

Google Maps

The Contact page embeds Google Maps, which loads automatically when its area of the page is reached. This connects your browser to Google, which may receive device and network information and use cookies or similar technologies under its own terms. An external larger-map link is also available.

Sign-in storage and duration

Microsoft authentication data is configured to use sessionStorage. Its lifetime also depends on token expiry, sign-out and browser behaviour; restoring a browser session may restore session data. Clearing browser data can remove local account information but does not necessarily end your Microsoft session on other websites. Use the website’s Microsoft sign-out control when available. Provider-managed cookie names and lifetimes require verification on the deployed site; we do not invent a fixed inventory.

Your choices

Browser settings can restrict or clear stored information, including third-party cookies, although this can affect external services. The embedded map currently loads automatically and is not governed by an optional map switch on this website. The deployed map’s storage behaviour and any required consent controls need assessment before public launch.

External services and updates

Email, WhatsApp and social links open separate services with their own privacy and storage settings. We will update this notice before adding materially different technologies. See Privacy Notice or email [email protected] with questions.
